Before using the tools, make sure your face is clean and apply a facial oil or serum to help them move smoothly over your skin and give your skin some nutrients. We recommend using lush'luks natural skincare products with our tools. These products are made from healthy plants and herbs and are meant to be used with our tools.
For the facial roller:
1) Begin in the center of your face and roll the tool towards your ears, moving across your cheeks.
2) Next, go up to your eyebrows and roll the tool upwards over your forehead.
3) Then, move to just under your lower lip and roll the tool downwards along your chin.
For the gua sha tool:
1)Hold the tool straight against your face and start with your forehead. Move the tool in an upward direction from your eyebrows to your hairline.
2) Now, go to your cheeks and use the tool (gua sha) to scrape outwards from the area between your nostrils to your ear.
3) Now, go to your jawline and use the end of the gua sha tool that has two curves.
4) Begin at your chin and scrape the gua sha tool until you reach your ear. Use the tool to gently massage the area around your ear to relieve tension.
5) To work on the area under your eyes, be very gentle while scraping the gua sha tool from the inside corner of your eye towards your temple. This part of your face is delicate, so remember to only use a light touch.
